My Sporta Achievement

Today, I cleaned my Room.
Why got a lot Medal and Trophy at a side.
Oh, This is my sports achievement.
I cleaned all the trophy 1 by 1 by, That's really memorable.
Although, I am Short but I can speed fast.
I was State and Malaysia Runner and footballer.
100m, 200m, 4x 100, 4x400 and Medley Record holder.
I need to achieve new record in my LIFE.
I am THE ONE.

BHP Half Marathon 2011

7 early 8 early wake up for BHP Half Marathon 2011,
This is a 1st time, I took Half Marathon at Klang Valley.
Cool and Awesome.
My time Finished 11km - 28 minutes
I get TOP 70 in categorie Men Open !!
I get Cash and a lot of Voucher !
The Champion only use 17mintues to finished =-=""
Damn Powerful and respect !
However , It was damn Tired, enjoy and joyful.
And I looking For other Charity Run or Marathon !

I getting Old already, Can't Run anymore,
15 minutes finished 5Km ! Too bad, Bad Timing
I will train more make myself to Top 10 next time!
Work Hard and Train Hard !
I am in Top 30 !!
